R&D tax credit – 35% funding for SME
The subsidy rate for small and medium-sized enterprises according to the SME definition has been increased to 35% from 2024. Eligible expenses include not only personnel costs, but also (under certain conditions) contract costs and the acquisition and production costs of depreciable movable fixed assets.
